Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

Eligible issues
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the customization details in your order.

Non-returnable items
Personalized collars, custom magnets, engraved items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned because of spelling mistakes entered by the customer, wrong size selection, change of mind, or photo quality issues after production.

Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Refunds
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
